What shipping methods are available?
We Ship via Canada Post and UPS. Expedited Shipping to all over Canada is always free.
If you’re from outside of Canada, you may have to pay small amount for shipping which will be displayed at the time of checkout.
How long will it take to get my package?
All packages are shipped from either Vancouver or Toronto and it takes maximum 4 business days for your package to arrive at your address. Note: In some cases it can take 5-7 business days for your package to arrive.
How do i track my order?
To track your order: Login in your account and go to ‘My account’. There you can select orders tab to view all orders placed by you. You will see Track button for each order you have placed.
If you didn’t signup during checkout, you can track your order by tracking number that we sent to you at the time of checkout. Click here to Track.
Do n Need a account to place an order?
It’s recommended that you signup before placing an order but it’s completely optional. You will always receive email notifications for the product you purchase.
Why my order status still shows ‘Processing’?
Once you checkout, your order details are sent to seller. Packaging and handling sometimes takes 24-48 hours. During this time your order status will show ‘Processing’.
Can i get the sold out product?
When the product is Sold Out, you’re given an option to signup for notifications. As soon as the product is available in our inventory, you will receive an email notification.
What payment methods are available?

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Cash on Delivery(On Some Items)
I have placed the order but want to cancel or change some items, can i?
If your order has been shipped then you must wait for it to arrive before you can return it to us. But if your order is not yet shipped: you can contact our customer support or create a ticket to cancel or change some items.
How much Marfells charges for shipping.
Almost all of our products are shipped free of cost through out Canada but if you’re from outside Canada, you may have to pay very small fees for shipping.
My product is damaged, incorrect or defective?
We have always got your back. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, just let us know within 14 days and we will send you full refund. You can contact our customer support or create a ticket to get refund.
Note: Refund may take 4-5 business days to process.
